Standard Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of services by STX Superior Services, located at 16927 County Road 831, Pearland, Texas, 77584, and operating online at 1SuperService.com. By engaging STX Superior Services for any handyman services, remodeling, general contracting, carpentry, or related services (collectively, "Services"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

STX Superior Services provides a wide range of home and business improvement services, including but not limited to:

• Handyman Services: Minor repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks. Examples include plumbing repairs, electrical fixture installation, and general home repairs.
• Remodeling: Kitchen and bathroom renovations, room additions, and other major home improvement projects. We handle all phases of the project, including design, demolition, construction, and finishing.
• General Contracting: Project management for larger construction or renovation projects, including coordinating subcontractors and ensuring timely completion.
• Carpentry: Custom carpentry work, including framing, trim work, deck construction, and pergola installations.
• Outdoor Services: Deck construction, pergola installations, tree care, and other outdoor improvement projects.
• Painting: Interior and exterior painting services.

We use standard to  high-quality materials and employ skilled professionals to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards. Photos of past work can be provided upon request and are available on our website. Service areas include Pearland, Texas and surrounding areas.

3. Estimates, Invoices, and Change Orders

• All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for [Number] days.
• Invoices will be issued upon completion of the Services or at agreed-upon intervals.

• The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals.
• The Customer is responsible for providing access to the property for the duration of the Services.

6. Warranty and Liability

• STX Superior Services warrants that all Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
• STX Superior Services' liability is limited to the cost of the Services.
• STX Superior Services is not liable for any damages caused by preexisting conditions of the property.
